Hello! This is Dave Kirilloff. I am the Owner/Director of the Kirilloff Baseball School in Anna, TX. Welcome to our NORTH TEXAS COWBOYS Team Page! We are currently offering players who will be 7u, 8u, and 9u, roster spots on our 9u COWBOYS TEAMS for 2027!
For some ambitious players, they have discovered early in their childhood a ferverence for the game of baseball. And with this ambition comes the enjoyment of practicing baseball and playing baseball with other teammates who share the same excitment for the game. Our North Texas Cowboys Organization wants to foster a developmental environment that continues to inspire players to continue to improve their baseball skills season to season.
In addition to developing your sons as ball players, our bigger goal is to develop them into young, responsible men who will love and serve Jesus Christ. While using a baseball platform, we aim to teach these young players to honor Jesus Christ, desire to be closer to HIM, read the HOLY BIBLE, honor their parents, and be mindful of the people around them and the needs of those who cross their path. This is a high calling for our assistant coaches and myself. We hold ourselves accountable to our team parents, players, and mostly to our Savior Jesus Christ, to act in a manner that is outlined in the Holy Bible.
My Coaching Background Includes:

*Over 34 years of Baseball Coaching and Facility Owner/Director Experience.
*Four years of coaching college baseball.
*24 years of operating a travel team organization. Our program age levels have ranged from college-level players to 10U-level players.
*Regional Director of the USA BASEBALL NTIS Program.
*Assisted in the Scouting Department / Pittsburgh Pirates
*Our most notable player who benefited from our program is my son, Alex Kirilloff / Minnesota Twins.

*Traveling throughout the country, hosting various baseball training events.
7u / 8u / 9u Season Notes:
*We are signing players to our roster until we are full!
*The teams will only roster 11 position players.
*The teams will play 7 Tournaments during the Spring of 2027.
*Most Practices will be held at our 5250 sq. feet indoor training facility and on our adjacent 100ft x 100ft infield.
*Thursday Practices will be at our facility from 6pm to 8pm.
*Saturday practices will be held at our facility from 9am to 11am.
*Sunday practices will be at our facility from 3pm to 5pm.
*External Field practices, dates and times will be determined based on field rental availability.
*Team practices consist of Player Development of hitting, pitching, infield, outfield, catching, situations, and defensive plays.
*Players will get 3 Team Game Jerseys, One Team Game Hat, and One Team Equipment Bag.
*Players are asked to wear white baseball pants.
*Players are asked to wear a black belt.
*If players like to wear their pants high, please wear black socks.
*Note, we are aiming to assemble two 9u teams for the 2027 season. Players who are 7u and 8u are encouraged to join our baseball organization and play up their ages. One main request for all players who desire to join our program is to be able to catch pop-fly-balls and to hit pitches thrown by an adult or another player with consistency. We obviously know players will miss and not hit every pitch but, we are seeking players who are already demonstrating baseball skills higher than the normal skill level at their age. If a 7u player can perform at the level of 8u and 9u players, we would love to be a part of their baseball development journey!
*Practices / 7- Spring Tournament Tentative Schedule:
Thursday Practices from 6pm to 8pm.
Saturday Practices from 9am to 11am.
Sunday Practices from 3pm to 5pm.
*NOTE* Practices will be run like baseball camps and clinics. There will be a lot of teaching!
First Practices = October 31 at 9am to 11am/ and / November 1 at 3pm to 5pm

December 3, 5, 6..

January’s Practices Will Resume: January 14, 16, 17..

*Send Dave Kirilloff game video either by email, web links…or, if you have an iPhone, send a direct text message. We would like to see your son’s baseball actions as they work in a LIVE-GAME setting. Please send clips of your son hitting, pitching, fielding, and running, all occurring during a game. If necessary, send multiple clips. And if you’re handy with video, send us an edited clip of all of these actions.
